"If memory serves me right..." I was channeling the original chairman of Iron Chef. You know, the guy who was actually Japanese, not his Filipino nephew on Iron Chef America. Anyway, I was inspired by an amazing 80's themed party to do a show about the 80's. The idea got so big that it had to be broken up into two shows.
